Farhin Puspita

In this acrylics art piece I attempted to depict the relationship between time and self identity. This also addresses the idea of diachronic and synchronic identity. The question of whether our identity stays or changes over time. My grandmother reminisces over her younger days sometimes. She explained that she regrets not appreciating her present more and worrying too much about the future. She wants to live her younger life more. Thus, her self image is reflected on the mirror.
